Tell Your People

Know someone looking for a vet in Roanoke, Salem, or Vinton? Share why you choose Big Lick Veterinary Services for your pet’s care.

Have Them Mention You

When your friend schedules their pet’s first appointment, ask them to give us your name and include it on their new client paperwork.

Get $25 Each

Once their first visit is complete, we’ll add a $25 credit to both of your accounts to use toward any future veterinary services.

Referral Program Guidelines

You Must Be a Current Client: Only active Big Lick Veterinary Services clients are eligible to refer others.

Your Friend Must Be New Here: Referral rewards apply only to clients who have never visited our hospital before.

We Need Your Full Name: To issue the credit, your full name must be clearly listed on the new client’s registration form at the time of their first visit.

Visit Must Be Completed: Referral credits are issued only after the new client finishes their first paid appointment.

Credits Stay With You: Referral rewards can’t be transferred, combined with other promotions, or exchanged for cash.

Program Terms Are Subject to Change: We may update or end the referral program at any time without prior notice.
